Dr. Smith did my otoplasty, and the experience could not have been better or more seamless. He is knowledge able, informative, and thorough. From start to finish, I felt safe and in good hands with his amazing team. Friendly, efficient, never waited more than 2 minutes at any of my appointments. Gretchen and Sam held my hand through the entire experience and made the process that much better. Couldn’t recommend Dr. Smith and his team more.
