Very pleased with the facial surgeries performed by Dr. McClung and his staff Margie, Joyce, and Kelly. Dr. McClung is a soft-spoken doctor who really knows what he is doing and has great skills with hands. His staff has always been knowledgeable, helpful, and quick to respond. I had a minifacial and lower eyelid surgery in March. I then did upper eyelid surgery in July. I did it this way only for personal preference. Dr. McClung was able to get rid of the eye pads under my eyes, get rid of my jowls and my turkey neck. He does this in a way so I didn’t have a severe look done and I look more natural, younger and well rested. The upper eyelid surgery was also done to give me a natural, well rested look. Dr. McClung did such a great job, I can’t see any scars from any of these surgeries. I had no issues with the surgeries or recuperation from them. When I was looking to have a breast lift and tummy tuck. I asked three of my pickiest friends who didn’t know each other, and Dr Mark McClung was referred by all three! Since my initial consultation, Dr. McClung and his team (Margie, Joyce, and Kelly) have provided stellar patient experience. I am a nurse myself and thoroughly researched every aspect of each procedure. I had a list of “not like this” pictures ready at my consultations that I had gathered during research. Lo and behold, I didn’t even have to whip out my examples. They started going over each potential procedure and why one would be preferred over another to avoid my “not like this” example look. Dr. McClung has a wealth of knowledge and experience that makes him an expert in his field. So much so that I said “I trust you” to decide on the type of life and size of implant because I knew he understood what I was looking for. Ultimately, I underwent a tummy tuck with muscle repair, bilateral lift, and augmentation with implants. I would 100% go to Dr. McClung again! I had my third and final baby back in 2023 and now that we have completed our family, I wanted to start my journey on getting my confidence (and body) back. After having countless consultations with local plastic surgeons in my area, I still couldn’t find someone that fit exactly what I was looking for. So, my husband and I traveled to KC to talk with Dr.McClung and right from the get-go he listened to me and validated my feelings as well as the goals we were looking to achieve. I went from not having any implants and only deflated, post-breast feeding breasts to 470cc Silicone Implants and I could not be happier with my decision on the sizing and end results. I recently underwent a surgical procedure with Dr. McClung. I had a Direct Neck Lift. In other words, the “turkey gobbler” under my chin was removed.
