To Our Valued Patients,

In the interest of safety for our staff and our patients, Associated Plastic Surgeons has been following the progression of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the United States. We continue to monitor the updates from the CDC and local hospitals and their decision to cancel non-urgent elective surgery. Some hospitals in the Kansas City area have already cancelled elective surgeries to conserve resources. At this time we will continue with scheduled procedures but will limit the number of visits into our clinic. We will be maintaining our normal business hours and there is no need to cancel your appointment if you are healthy.

We also understand that our current and future patients need plastic surgery and aesthetic consultations and services. As a result, we are taking all measures and will remain open to our community while following CDC recommendations for healthcare facilities during this time, including:

• Frequent hand washing and sanitization
• Routine and deep chair and table sanitization
• Keeping potential coronavirus cases out of our clinic space

Your health and the health of our staff are always our top priority. We have always maintained the highest standards of infection control which is our foundation to prevent the spread of any contagious virus, infection, or disease. We disinfect all common areas in our office throughout the day, and all areas of our procedure rooms are disinfected after each patient.

Our physicians, according to CDC recommendations, would like to ask that you call us before your visit at Associated Plastic Surgeons for any of the following patients:

• Any patient exhibiting an active cough (with or without fever).
• Any patient who has traveled outside of Kansas or Missouri in the past 2 weeks.

You can also text us to check-in and wait for your appointment at (913)225-8214. We are open Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm; and Friday 8:00am – 3:00pm. This is also an opportunity to stock up on skin care products. Call ahead and we will happily walk the product out to your car and we can take payments over the phone.
