Associated Plastic Surgeons is excited to welcome Dr. Elizabeth Killion to our team of talented doctors.

Dr. Killion grew up in Sikeston, Missouri, and graduated from medical school at the University of Missouri. She then completed her residency at Baylor College of Medicine, where she underwent extensive cosmetic and reconstructive surgery training at the largest medical center in the world.

Dr. Killion is dedicated to providing the highest level of care to the Kansas City area, where she has been in practice for five years.  She has an exceptional ability to personally connect with patients and understand their specific needs, and ultimately achieve unparalleled natural and beautiful results. She is skilled in all aspects of cosmetic plastic surgery, which include breast augmentations, breast lifts, abdominoplasties, labiaplasties, liposuction, facelifts, eyelid surgery, brow lift, breast reductions and more, all while emphasizing safety and using the latest technology to ensure patients look and feel their best.

Dr. Killion is a board-certified plastic surgeon. She is a member of American Society of Plastic Surgeons as well as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Killion sees patients in Leawood, Kansas, and Lee’s Summit, Missouri.

Outside of her work, Dr. Killion enjoys running, yoga, and spending time with her husband and two young daughters.
