I just experienced with Dr. McClung and Joyce Arcilla RN, BSN, doing a Face & Neck lift….and it was the greatest experience in the OR during the procedure. Such loving great care, and I was able to talk to them and they also talked to me during the procedure….Every step doctor told me what they were doing…never felt anxious or worried always felt fine….had no fears and had no pain.. knew I was in the greatest hands….felt that with the very first consulting appointment and knew it throughout the procedure and each post op follow up visit I was always treated with their loving kindness and they always kept me informed on all things as I healed and did the follow up visits til I was all healed and released.
